Cancellation and refund

Good morning. I sent a message yesterday regarding cancelling this service as I no longer use it. I was charged this morning so I’m addition to cancellation I will also need a refund.

What is the purchase that you need a refund for? There is no history of a subscription purchase under the account you are contacting us from. You will need to reach out to us via the account associated with the charge in order for us to initiate a potential refund.
