Cancellation and refund

    Hi I have been charged £70 renewal however I do not have a site and do not intend to set one up. Can I cancel all account information please

    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you that we could have charged. If you’ve received a charge from us, it’s for a site with active upgrades belonging to a different WordPress.com username account.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
