Cancellation and refund

    Hi there – I would like to cancel and get a refund of £21 for a renewal made today for http://www.thejewishvega.me.
    I cannot login (I do not have the email associated with it) and i have tried to delete it before to no avail.
    It says that you have a 96 hour policy for refunds for domain renewals – please could this be done?

    I looked up thejewishvega.me but it does not seem to be a domain that is registered. It shows up nowhere in our system.

    Is it possible you copied down the wrong spelling in creating this request? I checked your WordPress.com account on this end, and I don’t see any upgrades (past or present) so it sounds like you may be referring to a different account other than @zanrafel
