I want to cancel for a full refund, have been trying for a while and unable to do it otherwise, please close it as of now and credit my account in full.
I find you to be very dishonest by not allowing me to cancel as I should.
Please, advice, before I will buy and that could do damage to your Firm.

What is the URL of the WordPress.com associated with the upgrade you are trying to refund?
I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
