Cancellation and refund

today, i was charged 118 dollars for a website that i thought i cancelled. is there a chance i can receive a refund?

hi, the useername i used was dariuskerbyart but i cannot find the upgrade or subscription that i was charged for and i have other emails but they won’t work, except for this one: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

As my colleague mentioned, the user account
dariuskerbyart(the one you’re logged into and posting with on the forums) has zero purchases tied to the account, so the purchases may have originally been set up under a different WordPress.com user account.If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.
The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as
WordPressfollowed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:WordPress XXXXXXXXXXI hope that helps!
