Cancellation and refund

    Hello! I just cancelled my services and would like a refund. I cancelled my business and was in the process of moving so I am slightly out of the refund window. I am hoping to still be refunded the prorated amount for the remainder of the year since everything has been cancelled and I will not be using the service any longer. Thanks!
