    I wanted to confirm and see if you had reached out previously regarding a refund. I do not see any history of interaction with staff from the account you are reaching out from. Also, the only charge I see is for the Creator Plan that was purchased 82 days ago. Is that the charge that you are referencing?

    Please confirm that this is the subscription you are seeking a refund for and if there was a previous discussion with our staff regarding this request. I want to make sure I have all the context before proceeding with further support. Thank you!

    I have canceled your subscription for Creator Plan and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
