Cancellation and Refund for my premium plan and thefreedom.blog

I want a refund for my premium plan YOUR FREEDOM BLOG , thefreedomblo.wordpress.com and a refund for thefreedom.blog. I have tried to cancel these last month in an email but was told I had to follow the one’upgrade’ process on site. I lost my internet the had to rest password and have been hospitalized preventing me to reach you. I was angry that my email to you for a cancellation was not adequate. If there is a problem with canceling and refunding, I may be forced to take additional recource through my credit company. Pleas confirm by email that a cancellation and refund for both plans are being processed

Hi @brasshandle, sorry to hear you had been hospitalized! I hope you’re better now.
I noticed you cancelled your plan as well as the domain. I can refund the plan, and that refund is on its way. But the domain refund period is a lot shorter.
Given that you’ve already paid for it, would you like us to go ahead and restore thefreedom.blog so you can use it elsewhere, or keep it for later? Please let us know as soon as possible. The domain goes into redemption just a few days after cancellation.
