Cancellation and refund of a theme. Domain and site access

    I’ve been having trouble cacncelling some of the premium services I subcribed to on my account. I was using a premium theme that I purchased on 27 April but I am not able to refud it. When I try, this message displays: “User or Token does not have access to specified site.” It would great if I could get my refund on this theme.
    I was also wondering whether or not I could get my domain back (donotdismiss.com), as it seems to have gone with the cancellation of the Premium Plan. I am not able to access all areas of my site properly.

    Hi Nathan,

    Sure thing! I am checking with our domain registrar now to get your domain donotdismiss.com back for you. It was cancelled when you cancelled the Premium plan, but if we catch it in time we can restore that for you. I’ll let you know as soon as I get an update about that.

    I also cancelled your purchase for the premium theme Designfolio. I issued a £30 refund, which is the £52 theme price minus £22 for your domain donotdismiss.com (domain registration + private registration). Please let me know if you have any questions about that!

    Thank you very much for your help! The theme has been cancelled and I will now wait for the refund to come through. The personal domain has not appeared on my account as of yet, but I’m guessing that will take some time?

    Also, there is an error message that displays when I try to view my site from my own wordpress account

    Hi Nathan.

    Rachel’s contacted our domain registrar to get your domain back for you. She’ll let you know as soon as we hear back from them, which will likely be early next week. Once the domain’s been restored to your account, the error message you mentioned will go and you’ll be able to view your site at donotdismiss.com again.
