Cancellation and refund of Hive Theme

  I’ve moved my blog to a self-hosted solution. The problem is that I bought hive theme through WordPress Theme Shop. Now I’ve bought the same theme on Hive’s Shop in order to download it and install in my server.

  I’m trying to have a refund of the WordPress Shop purchase but when I click on the link appears a blank window with the words “Cancellation and refund” and a big “X” and I can do nothing in it.

  I need to have my refund please.
