Cancellation and refund of my theme

  Hi, yesterday i bought a theme and i dont like it. I sended an Information to get a refund but didnt get a confirmation for my cancelation. What can i do to get my money back? Thanks, M.Guemoes

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund from your dashboard.

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
