Cancellation and Releasing of Domain

Hi I cancelled my domain. I wish to use another registrar so I cancelled it and wish to register it using hostgator. Is there a way that you can release it?

Cancelling doesn’t release it unfortunately. You’ll want to transfer the domain, but it’s no longer in your account.
I can see you didn’t renew the domain, either, and it’s in danger of going into redemption, so we’ll want to act quickly.
I’m sending an invoice for the renewal fee, without privacy since you intend to transfer it anyway (which requires you to turn off privacy during the transfer).
Please take care of that right away, then update us here when you’ve paid, so we can get the domain back before it goes into redemption. Once it’s in redemption it costs an extra $80 to restore.
