Cancellation error

I am trying to cancel my free premium trial. As I am moving to a new host for more features and customization. When I go to cancel the subscription it sends me the verification email but then errors out and ask me to contact support. I have been patiently awaiting responses for the past 48 hours or more. I would like to also mention while I mean to cancel premium I wish to keep my domain and am fine with paying the fee. Thank you for any help!

Thank you kindly. Although that was resolved now I am having domain issues as my current domain is down due to, the cancellation of the premium upgrade. I sent support a reply after they were able to get back to me so hopefully I can get this taken care of. So I can get my site back up and running.

Actually I have changed my mind a little bit, would it be possible for WordPress to unlock the domain and give me the authorization key so that I can register it else where? I am currently locked out of the domain and do not want to continue not being able to access my site that I am already paying for hosting on. Any help is as always appreciated. Thanks

If this is the case, if would be better to continue with the cancellation and the register the domain elsewhere because due to ICANN rules you cannot transfer the domain within 60 days of registration.
Would you like me to stop the un-cancellation?

Looks like that will have to work, is there anyway things can be expedited as my site is down and I am losing viewers…:(

Hi there,
I have stopped the un-cancellation. Please check to see when the domain is released. Unfortunately, I am unable to know when the registrar will release it. It would be a good idea to check it daily.
