Cancellation follow up

    I cancelled this site and associated domain/website on 1/22/23 and you said I would get a refund. However I see an attempt to get the charge from my bank (as a pending charge). Please ensure I am refunded or is it possible for you to cancel the charge?

    Howdy,

    I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2023-01-22. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up within 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.

    I am not seeing any pending charges on our end. The only charge associated with your account is the original one that you have refunded. I would encourage you to contact your bank and ask them if they can explain what is going on.
