Cancellation Hasn't been fully refunded

Hi there,
I’ve purchased Premium, a domain and two gApps (total of £165). The next day I requested a refund and the request was within 24 hours. On my Billing history it states: refund for two gapps (£80) and only £45 for a Premium making a total of £125. Why didn’t they refund me full cost of the Premium?

Apologies for that! I have canceled your subscription for the Premium upgrade and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
