On our end I show that there is a domain transfer in-progress for krishresi.live
Because of this we are not able to fully cancel your upgrade until the transfer is complete. Otherwise there is a risk of losing the domain.
We are not able to cancel transfers on our end but you may be able to contact your current registrar and ask them to cancel from their side. If we can confirm that the transfer is cancelled we will be able to refund.Let us know if you need further assistance or if you have any questions.
