Cancellation issues

Hi – I had bought a premium plan in January, but today I got in a bit of a muddle about which features were included and bought a business plan. I realised my mistake and cancelled this but it’s bumped me down to a free plan rather than back to the premium. I appreciate that this is a mess of my own making but please can someone get me my premium plan back? Thank you!
