Cancellation of Account

    Hello,
    I wanted to build my own website for my blog;using the lock down as an opportunity to navigate my way around and have the website running within a month and take advantage of the 30 days or money back option. However, I am currently being swamped with work assignments due to COVID-19 and I don’t expect any alleviation until perhaps fall.
    I would like confirmation that if I close my account I would be able to get reimbursed.

    We offer a refund period of 30 days on all upgrades except custom domains, which only have a refund period of 96 hours. But you have not bought any paid upgrades from us on WordPress.com, and you don’t even have a site hosted with us.

    The only site in your account is a stand-alone WordPress site connected here via the Jetpack plugin. That site is hosted by Bluehost.com, so they’re the people you paid for that site, and who you need to contact to ask about a refund.
