Cancellation of an organisation site

    Dear team,
    I am writing on behalf of a chaiable organisation. We currently have a website with you. This website was set up and under admin by one person. Unfortunately due to issues arising within our organisation we have no access to this account. We have been denied access by this person. Our organisation is a registered charity and work under Mental Health services. Because we do not have access we cannot update or correct information on our site. This is causing concern on our behalf as misguided information can be distressing to people that want to avail or learn about our service and organisation. As an organisation we have to be compliant to certain standards and regulations by law. We are unable to do this on our website. This is no fault on WordPress part. As an organisation we have decided that the only way forward is to cancel the website and start again. Our current website is https://cosainwellness.ie/
    We had hoped it would not come to this and are open to any other paths of gaining access. If you have any advice or knowledge on this, we would appreciate it. If not I am requesting on behalf of our organisation to shut down the site immediately and inform us if any payment is due back.
    We will be seeking a new website under WordPress in the near future after this problem is resolved.

    If you have access to the acount’s email adress than it should be easy to recover it, otherwise try filling up the Account Recovery Form where you will need to send a proof of ownership.

    We aren’t able to grant access to another account. I can tell you that the account you need access to is calmaella.

    You can try to reset the password for that account. If you or any one else made the payments for the domain those details can be used to gain access to the account as well. DO NOT post them here. Use the form linked above.
