Thank you for the reply. Yes, I have another primary account https://nazeembeegum.wordpress.com/I think, I have linked nazeemin.com to this account, and made the payment through that.
However, I cannot log into my main account. There is an issue in receiving access code in my mobile number provided with WordPress. Kindly help me solve this issue. -

Hi,
I tried all the possible ways, including change password, transaction number etc. Also note, I lost my backup codes to retrieve the account. The email ID attached to the paid blog is different. For some strange reason the codes WordPress is sending me not are not reaching my phone. My assumption is: I might have blocked WordPress number by mistake along with some spam call numbers.Also, why WordPress is not providing a customer care email ID so that users can have an open discussion to solve issues like this in a more secure and private environment. This year also I got deducted for a dormant blog. I somehow want to cancel the auto payment mode. How can you help me?
