Cancellation of Automatic "Custom Design" upgrade

  I do not want to have the custom design upgrade automatically renewed on my blog. It says it will renew on 4th of November and I got an e-mail saying I could cancel it from the store -> upgrades page but there was no option to do that after I clicked on the link to forward me to the page. How do I cancel the automatic upgrade to stop my card being charged?

  In addition I don’t know how to file a private request, or to flag this question for the staff?
