  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> Disable the Auto Renew

  You need to be logged in as the account that bought the upgrade to cancel the auto renew

  Yes, the domain mapping upgrade is in another account. Please log into the account where you purchased the domain mapping and you can disable it by going to Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard.

  Look for yourself – if you are in the correct account you will have the option to cancel

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> Disable the Auto Renew

  You need to be logged in as the account that bought the upgrade to cancel the auto renew

  If you aren’t able to get into the account, please contact our Account Recovery Team:

  If you were the one that purchased the upgrade, you just need the PayPal Transaction ID and you can get into the account.
