Cancellation of domain

  Hello,
  My domain expires on May 26 and I cancelled it by error because I wanted it transferred to a hosting site. How can I get it back? I just cancelled it seconds ago, is it possible to undo it?

  Hey there,

  I see that you were able to resubscribe the mapping for theperformanceteam.com.au, but the domain is not registered with WordPress.com. You will need to log into the domain host in order to transfer it to a different hosting site than where it is already located.

  Thanks a lot for your replies.
  I don’t understand what you mean, because I pay WordPress every month for that domain. No idea where it is registered. When I try to transfer to godaddy it tells me that’s not possible. What should I do?

  Hi there,

  We do not host the domain theperformanceteam.com.au – you just mapped it to WordPress.com from the host where you have the domain registered. There is no monthly charge from our end, so your hosting site must be charging you monthly for hosting – I doubt it is for the domain.

  I see that the mapping is currently inactive under your account. Did you deactivate the mapping?
