Cancellation of Domain name

    Hi I recently closed a site with you http://www.mickjonesphotograpy.com and canceled the domain registrationa week ago. I’m trying to use it with another platform and I can’t register it. When I google it it says its ‘parked’ on WordPress. Its so hard to contact someone directly!

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    Due to how domain registrations work, you can’t cancel it at one provider and register it elsewhere. Domains go through a series of long and complicated steps, and you risk losing the domain in the process.
