cancellation of domains

  Hi, I’ve been trying to cancel both the auto renewal of both domains I bought katkaizen.com and digiworldnews.com . I have not found any way of doing this and now I have been billed £85 through my bank with my previous card details. Can you please provide an immediate refund and also cancel any outstanding domains? Thanks
