Cancellation of Google Apps

  I was trying to cancel the google apps purchase because I am not able to log into the account, but was notified that there was an issue and to contact customer support. Can someone help with this, please?

  I checked your account and verified that everything has been canceled and refunded back to you, including the Google Apps purchase. It can take anywhere from 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
