Cancellation of my plan

  I cancelled my accounts this morning, including my purchase of a Personal plan.
  When I am going to receive a refund for the months still to go until March 2019?

  Hi there,

  We provide a full refund if you cancel your plan within 30 days of purchase, but we do not provide partial refunds if you cancel more than 30 days after you cancel a plan. You can see our refund policy here:

  Refund a Purchase

  Domains are only refundable for 48 hours after purchase. The retail price for your domain, mongabrielle.maison is A$53, so even had you cancelled within the refund period we would only have been able to refund you A$7 – the cost of your plan less the cost of the domain.

  If you prefer we can still restore the domain. Then you can continue using it, or even transfer it somewhere else. But it’s not possible to provide a refund any more at this stage.
