  I canceled my plan and was suppose to receive a refund. I haven’t recieved it ?

  Hi heavensanders,

  We issued a full refund on 28th January 2019 and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to arrive and today marks the second business day, so you can expect to receive it in a few days time.
