Cancellation of premium account

Hi,
On my website I had a domain mapping which I had paid for.
Then I tried the premium account.
I wasn’t satisfied with the benifts so I canceled the premium account.
In the premium account, the mapping was included (although I already paid for this before)
I had to cancel the premium account with the mapping to get the full refund of 80 euros.
Now, the domain mapping is gone completely so my website is offline.
If I try to set the domain mapping again, I have to pay for it again.
I would like to have the domain mapping back without paying for it again.Kind regards Katie

My website is offline since yesterday evening.. I can’t find any contact details for the staff. What should I do?
I’m thinking about paying for the domain mapping again and counting on getting my money back..

When you cancelled the Premium bundle, you received a full refund for that charge as shown here:

Since you received a full refund, you would need to pay again for the Domain Mapping upgrade, which it looks like you’ve already done. Your domain seems to be up and running again. Can you let me know if you have any more trouble?

I already did the domain mapping again indeed.
The problem is, I’ve paid for the domain mapping in september and now I had to pay for the same domain mapping again. It’s an annual payment so I should pay in September again instead of now.Kind regards, Katie

Thanks for clarifying Katie, and sorry I overlooked this in the first place! I went ahead and extended your expiration date to 9/26/16 (another 6 months) to make up for the time that you still had on your previous payment:
