When I less than 30 days ago registered at wordpress, I first chose the premium package and then upgraded to the business package. so I payed 99 usd + 199 usd.
Now I wanted to cancel and first chose to cancel the business package , it worked and I received a ticket of refund of 199 usd. But now I want to cancel the premium package aswell but when I go to the same place it says I have no package, that I have the free account. I want a refund of the 99 usd aswell. Do anyone know what to do? -

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. My username is Triphopshop and It was during the same login that I first upgraded to the premium package and then to business package. I receiced triphopshopdotcom.wordpress.com and I tried to connect Triphopshop.com that I already own but never followed through with mapping it.
Is that answer enough?

Not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for the premium package and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

I am aware that my subscription for Business package has been cancelled. However, I am unable to cancel my Premium package as I could not find the link to request for a refund and I am still being charge for the Premium package. Can you help me on that carinapillar?
