Cancellation of Premium – refund of unused months.

Hi, I have cancelled my upgrade to Premium which I have paid for until September next year. This is because I don’t believe it was made clear that there is no option to use drag and drop plugins such as Elementor pro and I need this functionality. Please can you confirm I can receive a refund for the months that I have not utilised? i.e. from tomorrow (14th November) to the contract end in September next year?

For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds on WordPress.com for upgrades cancelled past the refund period. I’ll follow up with you via email.

We outline which plugin functionality is available in each WordPress.com plan at https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/, and we also indicate that plugins can only be used in the Business Plan at both My Site ->Plans and at https://wordpress.com/pricing/
