Cancellation of renewal

    I am trying to change the renewal status of my domain and plan. All the help areas tell me to go to the Purchases section of my account, but all it shows is the option to upgrade and nothing else. I do not see an email address or phone number for any contact for help, only to post in the forum. Cannot say I am super excited that it is the only option I find. How do I cancel the renewal if there is no option under Purchases?

  • Hi @solsimian, it looks like you’re logged into the wrong account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that gets our renewal notifications? Then you’ll have options to manage your purchases as well as the ability to get in direct touch with support.
