  I would like to cancel my renewal of Polldaddy Pro Annual Subscription. I cannot log on to anything where I can cancel – can you help me please?

  Sure! The subscription can be cancelled from your Polldaddy account:

  https://polldaddy.com/account/

  If you go to the Billing History page and scroll down, there should be a cancel button. There are some screenshots of the process here:
