Cancellation of renewal for life catalyser.com

  I am trying to cancel the renewal of lifecatalyser.com but I cannot do this through the link you sent me because jillroberts.net does not exist and it says I have no upgrades. please advise.

  There aren’t any upgrades linked to your account jillroberts2013, so you won’t be able to cancel that domain from this account. Instead, you’ll need to log in to the account that owns that domain to cancel it.

  You can reply directly to the renewal email you received about that domain for more help with that process.
