Cancellation of service

    HI there,
    I have deactivated the service from my website a few weeks back, but I did not realized it was still active. Could the new service fee be refunded? Can you also ensure that the service will not be deducted next month please. I am not sure where to check for that…

    What upgrade, on which site, are you trying to cancel?

    The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites hosted with us, and has never bought any paid upgrades from us. We don’t even have a credit card on file for you which we could have charged. So there is nothing in this account that we can cancel or refund.

    If you own a WordPress.com upgrade via a different account, please log in as that account and comment here to confirm.
