  @pwbarrett76, do you have another account? I didn’t see any upgrades on this one, which is why you were sent to the forums. Could you send a link to the site you have upgrades on so we can look up the charge?

  You can also go to wpchrg.com to figure out which account was billed. It’s a secure form and you can contact billing if you find the charge there.
