Cancellation of Subscription

I cancelled my wordpress subscription for the following year but I got back only 9 euros out of the 35 euros that were supposed to be auto debited for the subscription. I cancelled it one month in advance. Why is it that I have received only a partial amount?

It is important to know that canceled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Hi there,
When your domain was renewed on July 23rd, 2018 your domain has been renewed until August 2019. Going forward you have a couple of options
- As your plan and domain were canceled within 48 hours of the renewal we can refund you for the domain purchase.
- We can restore the domain to your WordPress.com account allowing you to use it here with WordPress.com or another provider. If you plan to use this domain elsewhere, even outside of WordPress.com, this would be the option I’d recommend
