Cancellation of Subscription

Hi WordPress!
I bought a 1 year subscription 11 months ago on the 30th of November 2018 and forgot I had it as I never ended up using the platform. I cancelled the plan when I got notified by PayPal on the 1st of November 2019, but the subscription amount has been withdrawn anyway. What is the procedure through WordPress for getting a refund?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can manage your purchases from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing, however, I can see that you’ve already opened a dispute with PayPal. While it’s ongoing we are not able to issue a refund.
If it’s early enough in the dispute process, you may still be able to cancel it, which will allow us to cancel and refund your subscription on our end. Otherwise, you’ll want to wait until the dispute is over, which can take several weeks.
