Cancellation of subscription refund?

    I want to cancel the subscription and get a refund. There is no information about my payment in WORDPRESS, so I can’t find the cancel subscription button.
    But my bank has the display of automatic transfer,
    How can I cancel a subscription for a refund?

    What upgrade, and on which site, do you want to cancel?

    The account you used to post here has never bought any paid upgrades from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you which we could charge. So if you have an upgrade with us, it belongs to a different account.

    If you’re not sure what site or account the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    From there you’ll also be able to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
