Cancellation of suscriptions – refund doesn’t appear

    Hey dear wordpress team,

    I cancelled all my suscriptions as I no longer need a blog and was wondering why only one of the refunds appears under ‘Manage Purchases’ and not the other refund as well. I cancelled both of them within the 30 day window to get a refund und would like to get the full amount reimbursed. Many thanks!

    Is the “other refund” for a domain or for something else? Was it under this same account? Domains need to be cancelled within 48 hours of creation to get a refund. This thread has been tagged to ask if a member of staff could advise you further.

    Hi –

    €96.00 was refunded. The difference of €22 is for the domain portion of the plan. Domains are only refundable for 2 days after purchase or renewal. Your cancellation did not meet that requirement.

    The renewal was processed on 2019-04-27 and the cancellation did not occur until 2019-04-30.

    If you want to continue using the domain since it is paid for, I can set that up. Just let me know. Otherwise, the domain will fall in to cancellation. It might not be possible for you to regain ownership of it again in the future. Make certain that you don’t have any plans to use it again.
