Cancellation of the premium plan purchased yesterday

  Hello, I cancelled the premium plan bought yesterday at 96 euros but I was only refunded 78 euros. Could you explain me why? I tried the subscription because I had seen that if we wanted, we could cancel it within 14 days. Moreover, I intend to use wordpress to redo a site with the help of a professional, but I do not find normal not to be refunded completely. Thank you for your answer. Sincerely

  It looks like the remaining €18 was due to you opting to transfer your domain to us – which could have left your domain in limbo if you had started the process to transfer the domain.

  Looking at things on our end you never started that domain transfer process, so I went ahead and refunded that remaining €18 as you were within our 96 hour refund window for domain charges.

  Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.

  You should be all set!
