cancellation of upgrade purchase

  problem cancelling upgrade – get email saying to confirm, but then get error message saying: You requested cancellation of a bundle. Please check your email for a message with a confirmation link.
  when I go to the email and then follow the cancellation confirmation link, it gives this message: Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.
  Please cancel and confirm the refund of the upgrade fee.

  I just purchased today your bundle for $99 and the domain is wrong. my domain name should have been just .com and not wordpress.com. I already own ICANNOTBELIEVEMYDADISBLOGGING.COM. If you cannot do this then I want a refund. My email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  @jwaldau,

  All WordPress.com blogs are blogname.wordpress.com. Once you add a custom domain (which you already own), then it will appear as your custom domain name instead:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  I hope that this will help clear up some confusion, but if you would still like the bundle removed and refunded, I’d be happy to help.
