Cancellation of Upgrade to Business Account

  Hi there,

  I upgraded my account from Premium to Business, and after using it for a few days, I realized that i did not need the business account. So I tried to cancel the Business plan because it was within 30 days of purchase. But when that’s done, the system return me back to the basic plan, so the Premium plan which I originally paid for was taken away as well.

  Can you get the Premium plan back for me? I paid for it, and when I upgraded it to Business I did not get a refund, so it should still be active for me.
