Cancellation of upgrades

  I have requested for cancellation of my upgrade. And I got a reply for that requesting me to confirm the cancellation. However, I ”ve been trying to confirm it ever since I received the email last week, but it never worked!
  Please cancel the upgrade!

  Yes, that’s what I am trying to do. Please cancel the design upgrade and refund the purchase cost of $30. Thanks very much for looking into this for me.
