Cancellation plugins

    Dear mr, mrs,

    I noticed that I payed for 2 plugins (Bulk Variations & Product bundles). Bulk Variations is not longer installed on my site and I will also delete product bundles because I don’t want these plugins anymore. Is it possible to get the money back because I really wasn’t aware i had to pay for it and I don’t want to use them anyway.

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org ) but hosted elsewhere.

    We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    It sounds like you purchased some WooCommerce extensions? If so, they have a 30 day refund policy, so as long as you’re within those 30 days, you can request a refund from your account.
