  Hi, I cancelled my premium paid membership within the 30 days free trial period. How do I get a refund for the money that I paid. Please advise.

  Hi there,

  You will be refunded via the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about10 business days to appear on your statement.

  Hi, are you sure? Because I didnt get any confirmation. I just removed/cancelled the upgrade from my website. Can you check my account and confirm this please?

  Yes, we issued the refund on 8/14 and you should see the receipt to reflect the refund in your Billing settings here.
