Cancellation problems.

Hello,
I’ve been reminded that I need to renew my yearly domain, however, I don’t want to renew the domain, I can’t find where to cancel it, but because of it, I cannot access my blog. The blog is VERY important as it’s my whole yearly blog for College.
I simply get this message: http://prntscr.com/gmd5s2
I can’t find where to cancel it and it’s making me extremely perplexed. Furthermore, if I was to remove my WordPress.com Personal, would that remove my blog? As I was thinking, that may solve the issue I’m having but I don’t want to just go along with it and see that my blog may be removed.

If I cancel my plan, will that remove my blog? Or just remove my permissions that the plan gives me?

If you choose to let your plan expire/cancel, your site will be switched to the Basic (free) plan. You will no longer have access to the features included in your plan, but your site’s content will still be available.
