Cancellation & Refund

Hi, I would like to delete my blog and obtain a refund (I had no problem with WordPress, I just decided not to blog as something has come up rather unexpectedly in personal life which will not allow me the time)
I am still within the thirty days, and I have clicked the “cancel and refund” link in the “My Upgrades” portion of the Store, but I have not received a confirmation email. I clicked several times last night and I’ve tried again today
I did email support and they sent me a reply (thanks for the quick response) but in the reply they just said to click the cancel/refund link, which I’ve already been trying to no avail

chrisbenfante, you can cancel your Value Bundle with domain and get a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the Bundle in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
