I was billed erroneously for:

All my recurring subscriptions were cancelled weeks ago, & I don’t know what ‘Dops ak vp lite’ is.
Kindly cancel & issue a refund in early course.

The transaction was maybe for some renewal of your upgrade. However, you will need staff assistance for this.Therefore… I am tagging this question with the modlook tag on the Tags section of the sidebar.
