Cancellation Refund

    I called to cancel my paid account and domain name. I was told via chat that I would be refunded $300 for doing so, but I received an email that said my refund amount would be $0.00 and have not been refunded any money in my account.

    Any insight on how I can get in touch with someone to find out the discrepancy between what I was told and what actually occurred on my bank account?

  • Hi @pebbleatlas, the email must have been a mistake. I see two refunds totaling $300, but also some other $0.00 options. Sorry about that!

  • Just circling back, it looks like we cancelled after we had refunded you, so there was nothing more left to refund. That’s why the $0.00 email appeared. You can disregard it. Let us know if you need more help!
